What are your delivery charges and times within India?

Shipping charges & delivery timelines are dependent on a range of factors such as order volume, delivery location, COD/Prepaid, Customer loyalty and shipping offers from Kollarz and Kreazez. Rest assured that we use express shipping of the likes of Blue Dart.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

INR 2999. Free shipping offers keep coming in, do check for coupon codes during check out.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we use express delivery service. Do not forget to check our delivery offers while making a purchase.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Once we receive the orders, we do try to connect with our customers to understand when they want the order, we plan delivery accordingly.

We have no question return or exchange policy if “No Return” Seal is intact. In case of quality issues, we are open to resolve the concerns even after first wash.
