How does buying your clothing help the environment?
No Brand in the world is helping the environment by manufacturing and selling any clothing. What is being done is implementing ways of reducing waste, improving resource utilization and polyester recycling programs in the name of sustainability but the focus stays on profits. But we, Kollarz and Kreazez, have taken a pledge in 100% elimination of polyester from our products. We have already taken two crucial steps in this direction by ensuring 100% eco-friendly fabrics and NO Plastic 100% Natural shell Buttons. This way we have ensured that we are part of circular fashion. Additionally, we have eliminated the risk to marine life endangered by extraction of Crude Oil (raw material for polyester) and release of microplastics in water bodies during washing & recycling of polyesters.
Do you have any initiatives to give back to the community?
We are partnering with local NGOs for various drives, particularly tree planting to ensure that we become carbon negative in long term. We aim to remove more CO2 then produced in sourcing of our garments.
Do you follow fair trade practices?
We do follow fair trade practices by ensuring our extended support to our partners in terms of prompt payments, technical queries, understanding their challenges and try to resolve them as one team.
Is your workforce treated ethically?
We ensure that the workforce is treated respectfully and is happy working with us in all aspects. We pay premium to our partners for ensuring that all the nodes in the supply chain are aligned with our vision of quality and culture.
Where are your clothes manufactured?
We’ve outsourced manufacturing to third party service providers. But we control the complete supply chain, be it fabric specs, quality and pantone shades or designs, styles, packaging, and storage of the garments, it is managed by our in-house team.
