How do I join the K&K Signature Club?
You're automatically enrolled when you
place your first order at kollarzandkreazez.com. There's no extra sign-up needed—just shop, and you're in!
How can I earn loyalty points?
You can earn points in several ways:
- Every ₹1 spent = 0.2 points
- Referring friends
- Following and tagging us on social media
- Writing product reviews
- Celebrating your birthday or anniversary
- Bonus point events during sales
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem:
- Add products worth ₹2,499 or more to your cart
- At cart, use a minimum of 500 points (up to 1,500 max)
- 1 point = ₹1 off your order
Can I use points with discount codes or other offers?
Yes! You can combine loyalty points with
regular discount codes like welcome or festival offers. However, points cannot
be used with Buy 1 Get 1 offers or exclusive combos.
Will my points expire?
Yes. Your loyalty points are valid for 24
months from the day you earn them.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
- If you return a product, the points
earned from that order will be deducted - If you used points for the purchase:
- You’ll get a refund for the money
paid - But the used points will not be
returned
- Points are only awarded after delivery is confirmed
Is there a limit to how many points I can use per order?
Yes, you can use a maximum of 1,500 points per order, and your cart must be at least ₹2,499.
Are loyalty points transferable or refundable?
No. Points are non-transferable, not
refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How do I know how many points I have?
Simply log in to your account at kollarzandkreazez.com and view your “My Rewards” section to check your balance
and activity.
