1. Joining the Signature Club

Joining is simple and automatic:
- Every customer who completes a purchase on our website is automatically enrolled into the K&K Signature Club.
- No extra sign-ups, no complications—just shop, earn, and enjoy.

2. How to Earn Points

3. Redeeming Your Points

- 1 Point = ₹1
- Minimum 500 points required to redeem
- Redeemable only on orders with a cart value of ₹2,499 or more
- Maximum 1,500 points can be used per transaction

4. What Points Can Be Used For

Points can be redeemed against the purchase of any displayed product on the website, excluding:
- Combo offers
- Buy 1 Get 1 promotions
- Future gift card purchases (if applicable)

5. Validity & Usage Terms

- Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned
- Points can be combined with standard discounts and coupon codes
- Points cannot be combined with promotional campaigns like Buy 1 Get 1 or heavily discounted bundles
- Points cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted
- If you redeemed points on an order that is returned:
  - The cash amount is refunded
  - Points used will not be returned
- Points will only be credited after the product is successfully delivered
- Orders that are canceled prior to delivery will not earn points

7. Abuse & Program Changes

- Any misuse or manipulation of the rewards system may result in suspension of account or forfeiture of points
- Kollarz and Kreazez reserves the right to modify or terminate the Signature Club or its terms at any time without prior notice

9. Dispute Resolution

Such matters are not subject to adjudication in any court, tribunal, or legal institution. The decision taken by Kollarz and Kreazez shall be final, binding, and not open to challenge.
